Estrela skin care’s Cancellation and Booking Policies

We have a 24-hour cancellation policy

We understand that everyone has a full schedule and you may need to cancel or change your appointment. In order to respect the time of both our guests and staff, we ask that you notify us of any changes that you need to make within 24-hours of the scheduled appointment time.

Appointments One Hour in Duration or Longer

Any cancellation or missed appointment made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service.

Booking Appointments

At Estrela skin care, we try our best to accommodate everyone’s schedule needs. When scheduling an appointment, please keep in mind that same day services may not be available. We recommend booking in advance to ensure you are able to receive your preferred time.

Refunds and Credits

We do not give cash or credit card refunds on products or services. Store credits or exchanges must be issued the same day as the return/exchange.
